Treating your pain with Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a patient centred therapy. Practitioners use a wide range of manual techniques to help the body overcome pain, immobility and disease, all of which result from dysfunction of the body's structures. Such techniques include massage of muscles and connective tissue and adjustment of joints using manipulation or gentle cranial osteopathy. Osteopaths help create a healthier state in which damaged tissue can heal.

Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. At the time of its discovery it was thought only to work on the head/cranium, hence its name. Because it is gentle, this type of treatment is suitable for everyone from newborn babies to the very elderly.
